Scary!

Joshua and I came up to Logan yesterday to be with Kevin for the rest of the week. As a lot of you know, it's not my favorite place. I love being with Kev but our apt up here is without a lot of stuff: dishwasher, furniture, tv, internet, and vacuum (vacuum being the important one today). Well, last time we were here I dropped a glass jar and thought I picked up all of the pieces but I didn't have a vacuum to double check. Anyways, today Josh and I were getting ready to go on a walk and I noticed his mouth was bleeding. I assumed it was a tooth coming in or something but I checked and saw a piece of glass in there! Anyone who knows me well, knows I get stressed and I freak out immediately. So there we were outside: me starting to cry, prying open Josh's mouth and him screaming at me. After a lot of poking inside that mouth of his, I finally got the glass out, but not without some anxiety! Does anyone else have any high anxiety moments with their children or am I the only one? Nothing ever seems to go wrong when Kevin is with Joshie.

Your not the only one! I freak about everything & talk about anxiety... I know exactly what your talking about. Glad he's o.k. Hope your enjoying your summer!

Oh my goodness! I'm glad Josh is alright. I would've freaked out, too. Once when Eric was little he choked on part of a Christmas tree ornament, like he couldn't breathe or talk to me. Scared me to death! I hope the rest of your time in Logan is uneventful. :o)

YIKES! Not a fun experience. How are they so darn good at finding the one little thing that's left on the floor??? It's amazing.

Ahhh, scary!! So glad he's ok! I think that paranoia is part of being a mom...we seriously drive ourselves crazy.

Enjoy years of this kind of torture trying to keep the kids safe. Mom's always freak out.
